You are suggested to keep the item unopened and inform us. We will arrange the pickup of the product at the time of your next order delivery and refund accordingly.

If it has been already opened, then the company will not take responsibility. If you wish to return any product please make sure that it should be in the same condition and packing which was given to you

You are suggested to check the items immediately at the time of delivery. And you can return the product if it is not up to the mark. Fresh product items are not eligible for post-delivery refund or return.

Anything you return must be in good condition and it must be unused with all the manuals, certificates, labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes should be there like they were in the first place.

Anything you wish to return must be returned within 7 days of the receipt and please also provide the receipt. There should not be any fault or damage to the product meaning no fault from your side.
